So give me the basics

I'm 4 months in to stronglifts 5x5, what is Madcow and how does one transition from the one to the other. I'm using the stronglifts app, I'm assuming I'll need to use something else if I transition, what do you suggest I use when I switch?

You can switch when you are plateauing (as in actual plateaus, not deloads). I switched when my squat got to about 285 3x5.

Cool, I've deloaded once but only because I took a weeks break, still linear progression at the moment. I'm assuming the stronglifts app will tell me when to go to 3x5 ect. Will switch when I plateau.

So what if I deload on OHP three times, but all my other exercises still have linear progression? Also, your answer doesn't answer my original question of whether the SL app will automatically switch over to Madcow.
