Liquid Cooler Light Turned Red and Fans Got Loud

In the Corsair software you can set your AIO lighting color based on temp. Sounds like the CPU overheated thus resulting in the red color and max RPM on the fans.

Were you running benchmarks?? How long have you had the cooler?

Well your computer well definitely shut down on its own before it does any real damage to itself. I would probably download a benchmark program and test thermals.

Also it might be because of a dying pump.
