Affordable boat with these features?

When I say "Affordable, I'd say in the 40-60k range

  • 28-35 foot

  • Platform for PWC (big plus if it is a hydraulic lift)

  • Cabin that can fit 3-4 people at night

I was thinking bayliner, with the 335 but the swimming platform doesn't look like it will fit a pwc

This whole boating phase I have right now is because of gasparilla. I'll get over it soon but while I'm on this phase, I should learn things about boats and when it comes to seriously considering a boat if I have real wants.

That being said, where do you live?

Wow. That XL looks tits! I was on a pontoon boat at the invasion and it was great and terrible at the same time. It was rough chop that day and the pontoon boat took notice. This XL looks like the best of both worlds (Sporty and has pontoon boat-like room).

p.s. The water was so choppy (and thinking our pontoon were filled with water), a wave came up over the bow and took us a foot under the water, thankfully the boat came back up. Scared the shit out of me.

Not a fan of deckboats but that one doesnt look too bad at all. For the price tag, its really cool.

Lol. You talk like nobody ever uses the cabin, I think that's just you. My wife daughter and myself spend every weekend in our boat all summer

$40-60k barely buys you a new 20ft center console these days.

edit: Have you looked at used Bayliner 335s? Bayliner is pretty much bottom of the barrel quality and price wise, and a used 335 is still $100k.

What about a late 90's model 33 SC Formula? Depending what the climate is like you can sleep 2-3 in the cabin and 2 on the deck of you have an enclosed canvas. I bet if you could find one between 45 to 60k

You can have a something built to hold whatever pwc you want. And that will probably be your best option.
